FEST "Bihar Utsav 2017" Food, Craft, & Cultural competition. 

Tourism, tradition, art, culture and ambience of Bihar are going to be showcased in Bihar utsav 2017 to be organized from 16th to 31st March at INA Dilli Haat in Delhi

Bihar Foundation Day is celebrated every year on twenty second March since the year 2010. To mark the occasion Department of industry, Govt. of Bihar organizing fifteen days long “Bihar Utsav 2017 , Handicrafts Exhibition cum Sale”. Bihar Utsav 2017 are going to be organized in Delhi by the Bihar department of Industries.

The Exhibition sale of handicraft and loom product of Bihar created by artisans of Bihar, Daily cultural programme by famous creative person, Showcase of art, culture and heritage of Bihar. Beside from this Food Court that includes a menu of mouth watering Bihar cooking by Bihar touristry at INA Dilli haat are going to be additionally an Attraction for this year Bihar Utsav in Delhi.
